However, Art Therapy Worx is an arts based practice so clients can choose whether they just want to purely talk or if they would like to incorporate art processes into their counselling sessions.

Counselling is a process where an individual meets with a trained therapist in a safe non-judgemental environment to talk about issues and problems that they are facing in their lives.

Clients have the opportunity to share their views in a safe, confidential space, be heard and gain new perspectives on their situation and experiences.

Counselling can help people through talk therapy or using art processes, or a combination of both to gain clarity about issues that are challenging them.

Art Therapy Worx takes a collaborative approach and works together with their clients to help them identify and work towards achieving their desired outcomes and goals.

Counselling with traditional talk-therapy or combined with art processes can provide guidance to help people navigate life’s challenges, build self-confidence and a more positive sense of self-identity.
